Eric Lewis returned home to his Heavenly Father on, Monday, February 28, 2022. He was born on March 26, 1972, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to James Jackson and Linda Fay Coy Lewis. He graduated from Weber High School and attended Bridgeland studying auto shop.

Eric married Stephanie Stone Lewis on February 14, 1997, in Ogden, Utah, they were later sealed in the Ogden Temple. They had just celebrated 25 years of marriage. He is a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he served as a Ward Clerk, in the Elders Quorum Presidency, was a valiant home teacher and believed in paying a full tithe.

Eric worked at Coy’s Auto, Autoliv, ATK, and Honeyville Grain. Eric was an avid Broncos fan. He also enjoyed disc-golf and golfing. He loved taking drives with his daughter, Aspen, and going to Crystal Hot Springs and watching movies with his family. He was very kind and gracious; he’d do anything for anyone. Taking care of Stephanie was his main priority. He was an amazing husband, father and grandfather. Above all else he loved his wife, children, and grandchildren; they were his pride and joy.

He was preceded in death by his mom, grandparents, and step-mom: Chris Lewis.

Eric is survived by his wife: Stephanie; children: Sierra (Kelton) Howard, Chancelor Lewis, Aspen Lewis, and Tyler Peterson; grandchildren: Kash, Joseph, Stella, and baby Layla; siblings: Gordon (Karin) Lewis, Riley Lewis, Trevor Lewis, Kyle Lewis.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 7, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Brigham City 15th Ward, 203 North 200 West, Brigham City, Utah. Viewings will be held the night before on Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 South 100 East, Brigham City, Utah, and a viewing prior to the service on Monday from 9:30 – 10:30 at the church house.

Interment will be at the Brigham City Cemetery.
