We see the most success with a diet that emphasizes animal foods, vegetables, healthy fats, and a minimal amount of carbs. Carb tolerance varies per person. The more insulin-resistant you are, the more you need to focus on stabilizing your blood sugar and lowering insulin through a lower-carb or even keto diet.
