LOGAN – An art exhibition for Kindergarten through Eighth grade recently wrapped up at Utah State University.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity for all of us here in Northern Utah,” said Lisa Saunderson, the visual arts teacher at the Edith Bowen Laboratory School at Utah State University.
Saunderson’s students contributed to the 300 works of art from 20 schools in Northern Utah, part of the Creative Unbound student art exhibition.
“I found it difficult choosing just 20 pieces for this exhibit.”
The collection of 2D and 3D art was on display at the Lindley-Wilkerson Gallery at Utah State University. Saunderson said it was something for the whole community to enjoy.
“It’s to showcase our students who work so hard and really trust themselves to get creative and really commit to the art making,” Saunderson added.
The Creative Unbound exhibit is displayed every year at Utah State University.
