December 17, 1996 ~ May 31, 2023 (age 26)

Chandler Ryan Holbrook was a caring son, brother, father, and friend. He left this world suddenly on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at age 26.

He was born to Ryan Holbrook and Denise Nelson on December 17, 1996, in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Ben Lomond High School and attended classes at Weber State University. He married Madilynn Jenkins in 2017, they later divorced. Together, they had two children: Charlotte and Oakley.

Chandler loved spending time with his girls, family, and friends. He enjoyed hiking, camping, fishing, cooking, working on cars and computer games. He was a skilled cook and often helped in the kitchen when visiting others. He was very intelligent, always holding himself to the highest performance whether academically, running cross country or competing on the swim team. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, loving nature, service to others, and kindness.

He battled depression and addiction for several years and, unfortunately for us, chose to end his life. He is survived by his parents; his daughters; siblings (twin brother) Grant, Aubreyana Stokes (Derrick), Autumn, Golden, Truman, and Rhett; his paternal grandmother, Barbara; and his maternal grandparents, Paul and Kathy.

He is predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Phillip.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 2023, at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah with a viewing prior from 12 to 1:45 p.m.

Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at Myers Mortuary.
