BRIGHAM CITY — Box Elder County’s newly elected and re-elected officials were officially sworn into office during a ceremony on Monday, hosted by Commissioners Lee Perry and Boyd Bingham.

The ceremony, held at the county courthouse, was attended by friends, family, and local residents. Judge Kevin Christensen administered the oaths of office to the officials.

Tyler Vincent took the oath of office as County Commissioner, while Kory Wilde was sworn in as County Assessor. Chad Montgomery, returning for another term, was sworn in as County Recorder, and Shaun Thornley was re-elected as County Treasurer.

“We are confident in the dedication and leadership of these individuals and look forward to their continued service to Box Elder County,” said a release from the county following the event.
