Joan Montgomery Mangum, 81, passed away quietly in her sleep on April 13 at her home in Logan. She was born on May 14th, 1941, in Mojave, California, the daughter of Jack Roland and Louie Hunt Montgomery. Joan was a caring mother of 4 who worked as a Bank Secretary, and in Customer Service. She was an artist who loved to travel and was an avid researcher of Family History.
Joan is survived by her daughters, Shelley Howard, and Jacque Sanderson, and by 5 grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, and Jayda Howard, and, Charles and Lydia Sanderson.
Joan is preceded in death by her two sons, Jody, and John Mangum, by parents, Jack and Louie Montgomery, brother Frank Montgomery, and sister Shirley Brock.

Funeral Services will be held at the Logan Utah South Stake Building at 94 W 600 S, Logan, UT on Thur, April 20, 2023 at 12:00PM.
A viewing will be held Thur from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church.
Interment will be in the Franklin Cemetery in Franklin, ID at approximately 3:00 PM.
