The Utah Debate Commission is hosting a debate of Republican candidates for Utah’s 1st Congressional District on Thursday, June 2 at 2 p.m. Participants include incumbent Representative Blake Moore and his challengers Andrew Badger and Tina Cannon. The debate will be moderated by Thomas Wright and broadcast live on KVNU 610 AM / 102.1 FM and on radio and television stations throughout the state of Utah.
Wright owns and operates various Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates including Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Utah. Thomas previously served in volunteer leadership positions such as Co-chair of the Utah Debate Commission, Chairman of the Utah Republican Party and Republican National Committee where he served as vice chair. More recently, Wright ran for Governor in the State of Utah in 2020.
The Republican primary is June 28th.
