LOGAN – The process to select a new Utah State University president is now focused on public input to help create a leadership profile for the next president. That profile will be included in the official job posting.
The presidential search committee has scheduled public listening sessions Thursday and Friday of this week and will host virtual and in-person sessions.
An in-person public listening session Thursday, June 12 is open to everyone at the Eccles Conference Center Auditorium on campus from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The search committee will recommend three prioritized finalists to the Utah Board of Higher Education, which will make the final selection in an open public meeting.
The Utah Board of Higher Education anticipates the next president of USU will be named during the 2025-26 academic year.
