LOGAN — Agents with the Cache Rich Drug Task Force arrested two people last week, accused of dealing drugs and other charges. Both 24-year-old Ryan Rogers and 25-year-old Heather Garay were booked into the Cache County Jail Thursday night.
Logan City Police Captain Curtis Hooley said officers received an anonymous tip that Rogers and Garay were distributing drugs from their home near 1500 North 200 East. Officers investigated the claim and gathered enough evidence to obtain a search warrant.
Officers and task force members served the warrant Thursday and entered the home. Inside they found methamphetamine, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. Two children were also found inside the home.
Hooley said both Rogers and Garay were booked on initial offences of drug possession with the intent to distribute, a first-degree felony, child endangerment, a third-degree felony and two misdemeanor drug possession charges. They are expected to be formally arraigned in the upcoming days.
Rogers is being held on a $30,000 bail and Garay on a $20,000 bail.
