Monica Leigh Andrews – Cache Valley Daily

Monica Leigh Andrews, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on January 16, 2022. Monica was born in Chicago, IL, on December 30, 1977, to her mother and father, Kathy Barrett and Steve Andrews. She attended Orange High School in Hillsborough, NC, and graduated in 1996. She attended college at East Carolina University and graduated with a degree in Business Management. She later made a career as an educator of young minds at Promontory School of Expeditionary Learning in Perry, UT.

Monica is survived by her three amazing children, Arthur Orion Grover (16), Juliet Maize Grover (14), and Eve Audrey Grover (9), mother, father, step-father George Barrett, step-mother Ann Andrews, brother Chris Andrews and his wife Eave, step-brother GW Barrett and his wife Kenzie, step-sister Maggie Murray and her husband Josh, half-brother Parker Andrews, and half-sister Lillia Andrews.

We know Monica will be missed by her family, friends, and many young scholars at the Promontory School. Monica’s life will be celebrated on Friday, January 21, at 4:00 at Promontory School, 1051 W 2700 S, Perry, UT 84302.

In lieu of flowers, a Go Fund Me is being created towards the purchase of a tree to be planted and a plaque to remember Monica by.
