That event is set for Friday, April 28 and Saturday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the George Eccles Ice Arena here in North Logan.

The show is supported by the United States Figure Skating Association, according to Hannah Halverson, its director and a USFSA-certified skating coach.

Halverson says that the show will be opportunity for local residents to see skaters glide, axel and spin wearing costumes representing different time periods.

“Every year Cache Valley Figure Skating works hard to present an entertaining show to the community and this year is no different,” Halverson said.

“We are excited to take you on a journey through time, one that will leave the whole family feeling joy, laughter and hope.”

The ice skating show will feature advanced skaters performing complex moves, charismatic mid-level skaters and preschool-age beginners.

Those skaters will be representing the Utah State University Figure Skating Club, USU Figure Skating Class, the Learn to Skate Program at George Eccles Ice Arena, the local Hot Chocolate Club and the Cache Valley Figure Skating Club.
