Our dear husband, son, brother, friend, and devoted dad returned to our Heavenly Father on July 5, 2022, at the age of 39.
Jeff was born on May 1, 1983, in Taylorsville, UT. He was raised by his loving mother Annette, along with his three siblings Nancy, Katie, and Matthew. His mother taught him to always find an adventure including taking the dirt road to see where it goes. Throughout his childhood into adulthood, he enjoyed making people laugh, playing pranks, and had an infectious smile.
He married the love of his life, Veronna Reed, for all eternity in the Logan Temple on September 5, 2008. Together, they created a life filled with love and welcomed four beautiful daughters whom he absolutely adored. He cherished making life-long memories and traditions with his family. He was a very dedicated, loving husband and father.
Jeff was a hard-working man and lived a life of service. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Des Moines, Iowa area where he created many friendships. He was active in his faith and held several callings. He especially enjoyed his calling with the young men in his ward. You could always count on Jeff to be the first to volunteer if you needed help.
Jeff was a competitive person and enjoyed challenging himself in athletic competitions including 100-mile bike rides, triathlons, running 5K’s with his daughters and a Spartan race. He was a proud Aggie and graduated from Utah State University. Gardening, golfing, camping, and fishing were among his passions. Although he was an exceptional grill chef especially with smoked meats, he was a terrible joke teller.
Jeff is survived by his beloved wife, Veronna; and precious children; Taylor (10), Peyton (8), Harper (6), and Skylar (4); devoted mother, Annette and siblings, Nancy (Mitch), Katie (Trevor), Matthew (Kaitlyn); nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.
Preceded in death, by his loving Grandma and Grandpa Webb.
Funeral services will be held at the Henry’s Point Ward Chapel, 680 S. 1250 W. Logan, Utah on Friday, July 15 at 12:00 noon.
Viewings will be held at the same building on Thursday, July 14 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and Friday morning 10:00 – 11:00 am. Following the viewing Thursday night, friends and family are invited to gather in the gym to share their memories of Jeff.
Interment will be at the Logan City Cemetery.
