LOGAN — A 19-year-old Hyde Park man has been arrested for allegedly raping a girl last fall, according to law enforcement. Bryson Tyler Alleman was booked Wednesday into the Cache County Jail.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the alleged victim originally contacted the Pocatello Police Department, claiming Alleman, who she had previously been in a relationship with, had raped her. The crime allegedly occurred in Logan, so the case was forwarded to the Logan City Police Department.

The woman described how she had gone to Alleman’s residence on Oct. 4, 2024. While there, the suspect allegedly ordered her to take her clothes off, and then proceeded to rape her.

She told police, she had told him to stop over 30 times and tried to push him off. Afterward, he told her to get dressed and act normal, court papers detailed.

The alleged victim also claimed she had sent Alleman naked photos of herself when she was 17-years-old. He had also sent naked images of himself to her.

Police reportedly obtained a search warrant for Alleman’s email account. They located the pornographic images, along with a message from the suspect, admitting to raping her.

According to court records, Alleman was arraigned Friday in Logan’s 1st District Court. He was charged with rape and aggravated kidnapping, both first-degree felonies; aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony; and assault, a class B misdemeanor.

Alleman was ordered to remain in jail and appear again in court on Monday. He could face up to life in prison, if convicted.

Individuals arrested and charged in complaints are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in court.
