Heaven received an angel on May 16, 2022. Barbara Mae Bateson Allsop, 83, of River Heights, UT, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by members of her loving family. Barbara was born on June 23, 1938 to Harvey Lee & Della Lemon Bateson. Barbara married her loving husband of 65 years, Bruce Dewey Allsop, in the Logan LDS Temple. They had 3 children together Dale, Cathy, & Dennis. They had 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her best friend and husband Bruce Allsop, Cathy (Lance) Johnson, Dennis (Kim) Allsop, all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sisters Karen McBride and Dinah Freeman.
Barbara is preceded in death by her parents Harvey & Della Bateson, and son Dale Allsop.
Services will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at the White Pine Chapel, 753 South 100 East, Logan, UT.
A viewing will be held prior to the services from 12:00 – 1:00 PM.
Interment will be held at the Providence Cemetery, 925 River Heights Blvd., River Heights, UT.
